Florian Stanek has appeared as an actor and singer on numerous German-speaking stages such as the Theater an der Wien, the Graz Opera, the Chemnitz Opera, the Tipi am Kanzleramt Berlin and many more, as well as in film and television. In 2018 he received the German Musical Theatre Award in the category "Best Leading Actor".

Florian Stanek has worked as an author for comedies and musical theatre in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and his work has been shown at the Friedrichstadt-Palast Berlin, the Graz Opera and on the national Austrian broadcaster ORF, among others. In 2016 and 2018 he was a prize-winner in the International MUT Authors' Competition of the Gärtnerplatztheater, and in 2022 in the play competition of the Komödie am Kurfürstendamm Berlin.
